Topical Solution-Non Laser

Let’s face it – there will come a time that we’ll have our ink or tattoo regrets. Most millenials (about 78%) regret at least one of their tattoos. 3 out of 4 people who suffer from ink regrets didn’t really plan or intend to have one. Well, we can help you with that! At Teisha-Lee Beauty, we use a gentler method of lighting your ink regrets from the skin slowly and safely. Although, it is a slower process than other treatments, this method is popular because it is much safer than other removal procedures and won't burn off hair follicles or cause scarring like other methods can. Our method is known to be effective on all types of ink, regardless of location, age and color. The procedure is a highly effective technique that is commonly used to lighten or completely remove ill-placed, badly shaped, discolored or regretful cosmetic tattoo enhancements.

This service is done using the same traditional equipment (machine, needles) used in the tattooing process. However, instead of pigment, a sterile natural solution is implanted into the skin. The solution has TWO different fruit seed extracts one of the fruit seed extracts in it is Orange. Orange is extremely effective in lightening unwanted pigment/ink. Combine orange with the lemon and with the type and concentration of salt….you get Lifting through the process of osmosis. Using osmosis and your body's natural healing process to LIFT pigment up to the surface. This method of removal decreases the chance of causing lasting damage to your melanocytes (color-producing skin cells), and permanently affecting the integrity of the skin. This type of removal is safer and has fewer risks of hypo or hyper-pigmentation, as well as blistering.

Clients should expect three to four procedures before they see some results. Clients must be realistic in their expectations, they should expect a lightening of the tattoo, not full removal. Many times it is only necessary to remove a small part of the color in order to give new eyebrows. This is why a consultation is necessary to determine what level or removal or lightening is best.

Results will vary depending on but not limited to:

  • The client’s skin condition

  • Health profile

  • The ability to heal well

  • The type and color of the pigment to be lightened

  • Depth of pigment placement

Some tattoo lightening procedures will be more or less successful than others based on these factors. Once an acceptable amount of pigment is removed, you can opt for a new eyebrow, eyeliner or lip procedure.

Will my tattoo completely go away?

This solution is effective for fading and can be removed completely depending on the saturation of the ink. This product is ideal for permanent makeup but can be used on small traditional tattoos.

***Microbladed eyebrows are one of the most tricky procedures to reverse, because of more aggressive pigment implant method and trauma caused by the cuts from the microblade. Not all clients who have had previous permanent makeup procedure are good to refresh clients. Sometimes their past color is too saturated to get them their desired look, whether it is softer, a different color or just light hair strokes. A saturated brow will not hold good color.

How long is recovery?

You can expect the area to look darker and scab over. This usually can take up to 2 weeks for the scab to completely fall off. You will notice the skin underneath to appear pink has our skin is going through the healing process. During this time its extremely important to care for the treated area. Keeping it clean and away from sun exposure will aid in best results. You will need to wait 8 weeks to have a 2nd removal session done.
